1. To record support — counting how many athletes endorse the initiative.

2. To contact you — only if you give explicit consent, for updates on the Fund and related HIA programmes.

• EU & UK GDPR: Legitimate Interest (recording support) and Consent (communication).

• Australia: Collected under the Australian Privacy Principles for the same purposes; you may request deletion at any time.

• United States: Used solely for the above purposes in compliance with CAN-SPAM; no sale or transfer of personal data.

Data rights
You may withdraw consent, access, correct, or erase your data at any time by emailing contact@highimpactathletes.org.

Retention and storage
Data are stored on secure, GDPR-compliant servers and retained only as long as needed for these purposes or legal requirements.
